Strengthening Local Climate Resilience Through the Northern P.E.A.K Partnership (LGOO IV Jed Amante B. Apada) In a proactive move to build climate-resilient communities, the Northern PEAK Partnership—a collaborative initiative between the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) and DILG Region 2’s Local Governance Regional Resource Centers (LGRRCs)—is currently providing technical assistance to the component municipalities of the Province of Apayao for the enhancement of their Local Climate Change Action Plans (LCCAPs) from August 13 to 15, 2025, in Santa Ana, Cagayan.
